We are specialise in the development and manufacturing of injection molded plastic products for electrical appliances, home appliances, sports equipments, medical equipments, bathroom accessories ,auto fittings, building plastic parts, office products and baby items etc. Our clients include American Dream, Carrier, Coca-Cola, Advantus, Bugaboo Corporation ,Dorel and so on.
Covering an area of more than 30,000 square meters, We own 40sets of injection machines of Haitian and Zhende brand from 80MT to 1,200MT. We possess mould manufacturing workshops with high-tech equipments including CNC, scintilla machines and millers from Taiwan.
Since our establishment in 1997 with a total investment of 70 million ,we have developed into an enterprise providing full set of services from design, mold-making to injection molding, painting and assembly etc. We have a strong R & D team with 10 senior engineers who has abundant communication experience with clients from America, Europe, Asia etc. Under intact management policies, we strictly run 5S systems and are conform to ISO9001 standards to ensure our customers high quality products.
